Computer Architecture Day @ Princeton 2009

Equad

We invite all students and researchers working in academia and industrial labs to the first Computer Architecture Day @ Princeton, hosted on April 2 and 3 by the Computer Architecture Reading Group of the Departments of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Princeton University. This initiative has been undertaken with a view to strengthening collegial interaction and fostering academic descourse in the area of computer systems. Our aim is to facilitate the discussion of challenges and opportunities brought about by the many-core computing era. To gather a holistic view of the technical issues facing the computer industry, we intend bringing together researchers from both academic as well as industry backgrounds. Our discussions will be condensed into six primary categories, intersecting with the particular research interests of the computer systems faculty at Princeton University. The Computer Architecture Day @ Princeton will constitute a unique and invaluable opportunity for idea exchange among members of academia and industry.
