How to Find Out MoreMake sure you go through our Online Brochure which contains details about the conference. If you have any more questions, please contact us. We will respond promptly and are glad to answer any questions. My School is InterestedIf you are interested in attending, you should preregister with the Online Registration Wizard. Preregistering online does not create a binding commitment, but it does reserve space for your school at our 2006 conference. All preregistrations must be confirmed by October 4 by sending in the Delegation Confirmation Form and Fee. Alternatively, if you would just like to be put on our mailing list to receive conference brochures (to be sent out in early March), please contact us. The Online Registration CenterThis is where your school's profile is stored. To access it, log in from our home page. You can obtain an ID and password by completing the Online Registration Wizard. Once you have logged in, you will have access to a customized page for your school. From this page, you will be able to view all the deadlines for different steps in registering and can view if you have completed them or not. You will have access to all the registration forms that you need, along with explanations for each one. At any time you will be able to update information that you have provided us. You should login often, as any and all announcements for your school can be viewed there. These features will be available after April 4. The Registration ProcessFor a list of the registration deadlines, click here. A more detailed overview of registration is also available. Registration is again rolling this year; that is, you can complete registration steps at any time before the deadline. Most importantly, once we receive your delegation fee by mail (up until the deadline), you will be able to enter individual student's names through the Online Registration Center. You can change your school's roster until the roster deadline, and so on. Each year many more students and schools wish to attend than our conference can accommodate. In keeping with our commitment to provide the best educational experience possible to our delegates, we will be enforcing a delegation size limit of 30 students per school. When Plans Get FinalizedAll we need to finalize your school's attendance is your delegation fee. Then you will receive committee slots for your students. Later, you will need to send in delegate fees by the deadline and also finalize the number of students you are bringing.
