Tuesday, October 4
Delegation Confirmation Form and Delegation Fee must be received in PMC office.
Tuesday, October 11
Delegate Registration Forms, Delegate Fees, and Special Programs Applications must be received in PMC office.
Tuesday, October 18
Delegation Rosters (on the web) freeze: changes to names after this date may not be included in the billbook.
Hotel Registration Forms must be mailed or faxed to the Hyatt Regency by this date.
Tuesday, October 25
All Delegate Legislation must be received in PMC office for inclusion in 2006 conference billbook.
Bill Topics must be entered into the Delegation Roster to aid other delegates with their pre-conference research.
Thursday, November 16 - Sunday, November 19
