Because of the threat of thunderstorms with lightning forecast for the Princeton area, the Class Day program scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. will be held inside the University Chapel today, rather than on Cannon Green.
Members of the Class of 2016 are to report directly to the chapel.
Unless conditions are judged unsafe, guest seating will still be available on Cannon Green, where the ceremony will be broadcast on two large screens.
Guests may also go indoors to these simulcast locations:
- Betts Auditorium in the School of Architecture
- Dillon Gym
- McCormick Hall, Room 101
- McCosh Hall, Rooms 10 and 50
- and Richardson Auditorium in Alexander Hall.
Betts Auditorium, Richardson Auditorium and McCormick 101 have the easiest access for guests with disabilities.
The graduate student hooding ceremony later today will be held inside Jadwin Gym.
Both events will be streamed live on the University's Media Central website.
