The GEOMETRY command allows the user to define new geometric parts or to redefine existing ones. In general, the name of the new geometric part may be omitted, it will then be generated automatically, and the type of definition (e.g. COORD) may also be omitted, it being determined from the subsequent parameters.
Where existing part names are required these may be supplied by using the cursor to pick them by specifying /PICK.
GEOMETRY has the following secondary commands:
2.8.1 | GEOMETRY BODY | - define a body. |
2.8.2 | GEOMETRY COPY | - copies geometry. |
2.8.3 | GEOMETRY FILLET | - fillets geometry. |
2.8.4 | GEOMETRY FLIP | - reverse Z-axis of a surface. |
2.8.5 | GEOMETRY LCMB | - specify a combined line. |
2.8.6 | GEOMETRY LINE | - specify a line definition. |
2.8.7 | GEOMETRY MOVE | - transforms geometry. |
2.8.8 | GEOMETRY POINT | - specify a point definition. |
2.8.9 | GEOMETRY SPLIT | - split a line. |
2.8.10 | GEOMETRY SURFACE | - defines a surface. |
2.8.11 | GEOMETRY SWEEP | - sweeps geometry. |
2.8.12 | GEOMETRY UNSPLIT | - unsplits a line. |
