Heat Generation Rate

PROPERTY LOAD HEATGEN [load_name] [loadcase_no] part_name/ALL args

Argument Meaning

load_name FEMGEN load name.

loadcase_no FEMGEN loadcase number (links load to an ANSYS step).

part_name Any geometry containing whole elements.

arg1 Heat generation rate value.

Notes:

1.

The interface will apply the same heat generation rate value to all elements on the specified part.

Example FEMGEN Command:

PROPERTY LOAD HEATGEN LO1 1 S1 1000
