Faculty members submit resignations

The following faculty members have submitted their resignations, effective July 1 except where noted:

  • Rachel Bowlby, professor of comparative literature, to accept a position at University College London.
  • Patrick Cheridito, associate professor of operations research and financial engineering, to accept a position at ETH Zurich, effective June 1, 2016.
  • Chang-rae Lee, professor of creative writing in the Lewis Center for the Arts, to accept a position at Stanford University.
  • Sucharit Sarkar, assistant professor of mathematics, to accept a position at the University of California-Los Angeles.
