With hugs and laughs, humor and nostalgia, parades and processions and traditions, Princeton University students, alumni and their families recently celebrated Reunions and graduation activities.
Using photographs taken at a variety of events in May and June, this video captures some of those moments, including: performances and social gatherings; the presentation of awards to students and alumni; the grand procession of alumni known as the P-rade; the Latino, Lavender and Pan-African graduations, as well as the ROTC officer commissioning ceremony; the interfaith Baccalaureate service featuring Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke; the student-organized Class Day ceremony featuring The New Yorker's editor, David Remnick; the Hooding ceremony to recognize advanced-degree recipients featuring entrepreneur and author Sheryl WuDunn; and the awarding of degrees at Commencement with Princeton President Shirley M. Tilghman presiding for the final time before she steps down June 30, with Provost Christopher L. Eisgruber becoming president July 1.
These and other photographs from these events are available online.
