FACULTY AWARD: Five Princeton faculty named 2013 Sloan Fellows

Five Princeton University faculty members were among the 126 researchers from the United States and Canada named as 2013 Sloan Research Fellows. Awarded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, the $50,000 fellowships recognize promising early-career scientists who have been nominated by their colleagues. The recipients from Princeton are: Zeev Dvir, assistant professor of computer science and mathematics; A. James Link, assistant professor of chemical and biological engineering; Jan De Loecker, assistant professor of economics and public affairs; Anna Wienhard, assistant professor of mathematics; and Ilana Witten, assistant professor of psychology and the Princeton Neuroscience Institute .

FACULTY AWARD: Six Princeton faculty named 2017 Sloan Fellows .

Six Princeton University faculty members were among the 126 researchers from the United States and Canada named as 2017 Sloan Research Fellows. Awarded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, the $60,000 fellowships recognize promising early-career scientists who have been nominated by their colleagues. Recipients can use the grants as they wish to further their research.

Three Princeton faculty members named 2020 Sloan Research Fellows .

Princeton's Aleksandr Logunov, S. Matthew Weinberg and Owen Zidar have been named 2020 Sloan Research Fellows. The two-year, unrestricted grants recognize outstanding scientists and scholars early in their careers.

Five Princeton faculty receive prestigious early-career Sloan Research Fellowships .

Ellora Derenoncourt, Boris Hanin, Chi Jin, Aleksandra Korolova and Ian Zemke have been selected for the 2024 cohort of highly innovative early-career scientists.

Hyster, Stoddard named 2018 Sloan Research Fellows .

Princeton faculty members Todd Hyster and Mary Caswell Stoddard have been awarded $65,000 Sloan Foundation research grants for early-career scientists.
