Snow delays opening until 10 a.m. for non-critical staff, March 19
Due to snowfall, Princeton University has delayed its openinguntil 10 a.m. Friday, March 19, for non-critical support personnel.Critical employees are expected to report at their normal hours, according to Donald Reichling, associate director of public safety.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for central New Jersey through this morning.
Princeton students, staff and faculty members are advised to check the University home page for updates. Campus opening and closing information also is availableon the University's weather emergency hotline, (609) 258-SNOW.
The University also maintains an Emergency Preparedness Web site, which includes a link to the Office of Human Resources' emergency weather policy .
