Civic Leadership Council Info Session

If you’re looking for leadership opportunities and a close-knit community passionate about civic engagement, join to the Civic Leadership Council (CLC)!

CLC’s mission is to “foster an environment of community-building and professional skill development for Princeton students involved in civic engagement efforts through a learning experience that will enable members to act as leaders in their respective communities and future endeavors.”

As a CLC member, you will: -Collaborate with others through various projects—including fundraisers, research, and outreach—to address issues in areas like education, political engagement, racial justice, health, hunger and homelessness -Organize or attend workshops and panel discussions related to service, professional development. -Receive mentorship and be a part of a campus group that cares about your personal growth. Our organization is structured so that everyone can be a leader and has a stake in the decision-making.

We invite any student who is passionate about civic engagement to come to this info session and/or to apply! No prior service experience is needed! We care more about your passion and ideas than your "qualifications." CLC is looking for a diverse range of members (10-15 spots for the fall semester), including those who may not have as extensive of a background in service.
