Join us for the opening of the exhibitions Gainsborough’s Family Album and Confronting Childhood, presenting images of family and childhood from an iconic eighteenth-century British artist to today. “Daughters (and Sons): On Representing Family,” a lecture by James Steward, Nancy A. Nasher–David J. Haemisegger, Class of 1976, Director, will be followed by a reception in the Museum.
