Dear Delegates and Advisors:

As Executive Directors, wed like to extend to all of you our warmest welcome to Princeton Model Congress 2006.  We are thrilled to welcome back the schools who have attended past conferences, and look forward to beginning new relationships with those joining us this year for the first time.  The delegates and advisors we have worked with in the past have left us a long legacy of success, and we are confident that PMC 2006 will continue that tradition.

This year, our conference is once again at the Hyatt Regency Washington in Capitol Hill. Just a short distance away from the White House, our location offers easy access to the Capitol, the Supreme Court, and the national monuments. Our recent addition of the Orange House will continue, and we will maintain a personal and warm atmosphere with our 8:1 ratio of delegates to Princeton students. We are also expanding our Special Programs, adding more Policy Specialists so that delegates can receive information quickly, and continue a sophisticated level of debate.

For our delegates: almost everything you need to know to prepare for PMC 2006 can be found on the Delegate Start Page.  There youll find your committees Background Papers to help you better understand the role your committee plays within the government; detailed rules of procedure; guidance on how to write an effective piece of legislation along with bill templates and samples; general advice on what to do/bring/wear at the conference; and much more.   If you would like to contact us directly, add PMCPrinceton to your AOL Instant Messenger buddy list!  Our officers will always be glad to talk to you.

We hope you're as excited as we are to begin working on the 25th Princeton Model Congress!

Sincerely yours,
