PROPERTY PHYSICAL THICKNES [phnm] thic

        

This command is used to define an element thickness.

phnm = name of the property, used for later references. If `phnm' is omitted, FEMGEN will automatically generate a physical property name.

thic = thickness of plate, membrane and shell elements.

The command PROPERTY ATTACH is used to assign physical properties to parts of the model.

Examples:

PROPERTY PHYSICAL THICKNES TH1 0.98

Define a thickness TH1 to be 0.98.
