This command is used to apply non-zero prescribed displacements.
lname | = | name of the loadcase, used at later references. |
lnumb | = | loadcase number (integer, default=1). |
part | = | part to be constrained, point, line, surface, body or set. |
opart | = | optional part of next higher order from loaded part, which |
contains the elements to be loaded. Only required when there | ||
is ambiguity over which elements are to be loaded. See note 1. | ||
disp | = | size of displacement. |
dof | = | direction of displacement |
1 or X = x-translation | ||
2 or Y = y-translation | ||
3 or Z = z-translation | ||
4 or RX = x-rotation | ||
5 or RY = y-rotation | ||
6 or RZ = z-rotation |

Examples:
L1 has a displacement of .022 along the y axis attached to it. This loading is called L06.
