The purpose of this example is to create a finite element model of a tensile test specimen. It demonstrates the use of intersecting analytical shapes to create part of the model geometry, the use of the general body option to create a one body that contains the whole specimen and meshed with tetrahedral elements, and the use of the property manager form to apply material properties and load.
