Elements With General Physical Properties

The elements that require general properties, see tables A.1 and A.2 of Appendix A, should be assigned thus:

PROPERTY PHYSICAL GENERAL [propname] real1 real2 real3 ... real21

Up to 21 values can be given and the properties should be entered in the order given by ANSYS Elements manual for the real constants of the element. The physical property cards generated contain all the real constants required by ANSYS for the element; non defined values and zero values are output as zero. (Note that the number of non-zero real constants may affect the element type definition through the KEYOPT values, for some elements.)

For elements SURF19 and SURF22, real constants should be entered in the order given by ANSYS and by ignoring the blank values, e.g. up to 6 values need to be input for SURF19, with the order: FORMF, SBCONST, MAT2, TKI, TKJ, TKPS.
