Specifying how High Order Elements are to be Treated

When processing element results, FEMVIEW requires there to be results input for all nodes of an element. It is possible to ignore the midside nodes of CHEXA, CPENTA, CQUAD8 and CTRIA6 elements and to treat them as low order forms. This allows the principal stresses from the vertices of these elements to be passed to FEMVIEW as element-wise results.

In response to the question:

>> DO YOU WISH HIGH ORDER ELEMENTS TO BE TREATED AS LOW ORDER

The user responds `Yes' or `No'. If `Yes', the midside nodes from CHEXA, CTETRA, CPENTA, CQUAD8 and CTRIA6 are ignored.
