PACT's first annual Pink Party was held April 14th, 2005 from 8-10pm in Tiger Inn.
Princeton's first Pink Party was held Thursday, April 14th at Tiger Inn. It was a lovely and sophisticated event, opened to the entire Princeton community. All donations went to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Guests were asked to attend this semi-formal event wearing pink. There were plenty of pink drinks: from margaritas to strawberry daiquiris (all virgin). Plenty of pink food: pink cupcakes from The Bent Spoon, a pyramid of pink jellybeans, cake and cookies. Balloons, flowers and candlelight played second fiddle to the wonderful faces of PACT executive committee members, and all the happy guests. The party ran late, as guests stayed to chat with Sinatra and Ella softly playing in the background.
The donations collected that night were just under $900 dollars; all due to the generous giving of the individuals who came. PACT greatly appreciates the charity and class of the individuals who attended, and made our first annual Pink Party a great success!
