Sine Wave Multiplication-
This process involved the multiplication of sine wave forms.
Lab view contains a provision to perform this action.
Multiplication of sine waves shifts the sine wave up such that all values become positive. This ensures that the peaks which the returning pulse produce will be confined to positive values.

Sine Wave Filtering-
Low Pass Filter: Allows low frequencies to appear on the graph while preventing high frequencies from appearing.
Effects of Filtering: The low pass filter simplifies the input by essentially reducing the graph to an outline of its former self.
Effects of Adjusting the Low Cut off Frequency: With a higher low cut off frequency the peaks become more defined. That is, they become steeper and narrower. This allows the transducers to measure increasingly smaller distances.
