A letter from a reader about Ice-skating on Lake Carnegie I recall vividly the experience of ice-skating across campus (Letterbox, Aug. 10) after a rare ice storm that coated the ground during a campus break (which, due to limited finances, I was unable to take advantage of). I wish I had thought of heading over to Lake Carnegie, too, but, as an undergraduate from a suburban upstate New York school district, I hadn’t – more’s the pity – a true sense of the depth of Princeton tradition.
