MESHING OPTIONS ELEMENT Start_element

    

This command is used to specify the first number to be used for elements generated by the program. The default start number is 1.

Archive files Note that this offset is not stored if an archive file is written with the UTILITY WRITE ARCHIVE command.

Examples:

MESHING OPTIONS ELEMENT 50

Sets the start number for generated elements as 50. Thus elements generated will be numbered 50, 51, 52, 53 .......
