JOINTC elements should be assigned up to 12 joint properties defined thus:
PROPERTY PHYSICAL GENERAL [propname] direction1 const1 ... directionn constn
Both Spring and Dashpot properties can be entered via this command as direction and constant pairs. The direction indicator is an integer which should be in the range 11-16 for spring constants and 21-26 for dashpot constants. For example, direction 12 means apply the following spring constant to the joint in the global y direction.
