The Database Interface Routines may be used to access the FEMVIEW database, output to a neutral text file, or both. In the case where the output file from the analysis package resides on a different machine to the FEMGV database, it will not be possible to access the FEMVIEW database. The user must then use the routines to output to a neutral text file, transfer the text file between machines, and use the 'UTILITY READ VIEWDATA' command to process the data into the FEMVIEW database.
