Compatibility with Other Versions

This version of the Database Interface Routines is compatible with FEMGV Version 6.X only.

However, the calling parameters and routine calling sequences are identical to all previous versions of the routines from 1.201 upwards and it is thus possible to link an old interface program (written for FEMVIEW Version 5 or FEMGV Version 2) with this version of the Database Interface Routines.

An appropriate version of the Database Interface Routines is always supplied as part of a standard FEMGV installation.
