CHIPS Implementation Retrospective: Perspectives on Future Industrial Policy

Discussion with Michael R. Schmidt, Griswold Center for Economic Policy Studies distinguished visitor on the effects of the CHIPS Program on industrial policy and impacts on national security. Mike is the former director of the CHIPS Program Office at the US Department of Commerce. Mike will be joined in this panel discussion with Liat Krawczyk, Sara Meyers, and Kevin Quinn. The discussion will be moderated by Owen Zidar.
