I have part of what appears to be a Karaite prayer-book for Purim.
I am thinking of providing the following for subject headings.
Purim$xLiturgy$vTexts.
Karaites$xLiturgy$vTexts.
Karaites$vPrayer-books and devotions$xHebrew.

Answer:
If, as seems likely, the prayers in question are from the official Karaite
liturgy, then the first two (liturgical) headings you suggest
would be in order and the third would be better omitted as superfluous.
The work should be classed in BM185.4 with an added Cutter for Purim prayers.
This Cutter would require a classification proposal through SACO.
However, if the collection is not the actual Karaite liturgy, then the third (prayer-book) heading would be the one to use, together with the heading Purim$vPrayer-books and devotions. For lack of a more specific class number, it seems best to class an unofficial prayer-book with the number for Karaite liturgy, BM185.3.
As for the heading Prayer$xKaraites, which you mentioned in another mailing, there is no need to make a subject proposal. We already have the multiple heading Prayer$xBuddhism [Christianity, etc.]. As Subject Cataloging Memo H2015, par. 2 points out, such a heading can be used for religions or sects.
