The operative rule is A.33A, which says that we should "[a]pply the rules for the capitalization of English ... to the capitalization of a foreign language unless a contrary rule is provided in a section below treating that language ... ."
Thus, since there's no comment "below" that in Hebrew we DON'T capitalize
names of historical and cultural events and periods (cf. A.21A), we DO.
Thus, for example, one should capitalize Yeme ha-Benayim.
