April 4, 2007: From the Archives

In the Dark Ages of computing there were keypunch cards, data-processing
equipment, old-fashioned computer paper...and students with impressive
sideburns. This photograph was taken in 1967, according to archivists, who provided
the following description: “Where it all begins: preparing
the stack of computer cards in the keypunch room.” The student
was not identified, however. Can any PAW readers name him?
