it into STATA I get the message:

IF SO THIS MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM. YOU MAY NEED TO RE-TYPE THE APOSTROPHES WITHIN
STATA DO-EDITOR OR NOTEPAD.
Question: I'm
at the Robertson lab and was able to successfully use the converted SPSS file. Now I'm trying to use the Banks data, which
"can be uncompressed using WinZip or StuffIt
Expander." H However, neither of these programs are
available at Robertson. I was able to open it with jEdit, but
I'm not sure if that's correct. Here, once again, if we're being asked to unzip
something, we should be provided the tools/information to do that.
Answer: WINZIP IS A FEELY
AVAILABLE PROGRAM, WINDOWS HAS IT OWN UNZIPPER. THERE IS ANOTHER ZIP FREE
SOFTWARE CALLED 7-ZIP (http://www.7-zip.org/)
Question: In the do-file section using forvalues, what
if I don’t have 268 countries, will it work?
Answer: In the do-file line.do change
the 268 in forvalues num = 1(1)268 { for the number of
countries you selected. Type tab
country1 to get the number of countries and their
corresponding number. Then from the log of it get the list of countries and
keep the order and replace the country list in the do-file right after local titles …
