The default file extension for HARDCOPY format plotfile produced from the OpenGL
driver is now .bmp when the host machine is a PC otherwise it is .rgb.
Automatically generated plotfiles (from animation) are now in the form namexxx
with leading zeroes. eg. plot001, plot002, etc.This allows frames to be read
by 3rd party software in the correct order rather than plot1, plot10, plot11,
etc.
The resource Femsys.*.FileExtension.<plotter> is available in order to
determine a sensible filename extension for plotting files created via the command
DRAWING SAVE PLOTFILE.
Implement user control of line width for HPGL/2 plotters. New resources added
to allow user to specify line widths in millimetres.
