Retail Ready: Graphene is beginning to Revolutionise the Market for Plastic Electronics
A recent article in the trade publication +Plastic Electronics describes the use of conductive inks incorporating graphene in the newest form of printed electronics. Vor-inkTM is a graphene-based conductive ink made by Vorbeck Materials, a company founded by John S. Lettow '95 based on technologies transferred from Princeton University. The article (3 [6] 31 July 2011) describes how Vor-ink is used in the manufacture of secure packaging for retail goods. The ScreamPakTM made by WestMeadvaco will appear on retail store shelves in early 2012.
