Reptiles

This is a black and white photograph of preserved “herps,” or reptiles, used in a comparative morphology project. Piled in a bucket with formol, they make a rather eerie image. The larger bulk on the right is the underside of a snake's head; you can also distinguish the tail and leg of a small crocodile and the head of a lizard.
